Comic 100!
The first 100 is usually used as a marking point of the lifespan of a comic. I'm more pragmatic. I mark lifepsans in YEARS! :)
For those too lazy to attempt to go through the archives, here is comic 100 as it ended up, with Sgt Blackman ending the Green Field's storyline with a mysterious Colonel Smith.
However, I think the art itself is significant for several reasons. It is one of my better pieces, so I'm always happy to look at it! Also, note the contrast between Ben and Cath's welfare, and more importantly, SELF INSERTION 101! I have no idea why the proverbial "I" am shaking hands with Ben, I think I drew that scene far too lustfully, but it's impossible for two males to smile and not have an alarm ringing... I don't even use a fursona anymore!
Anyway, here's a better view of the scene without the blarb. I feel this emphasises the point in the scene that while Ben is literaly 'good to go', Caths literally pays for her commitment to her employer in blood. BTW, in storyline terms, isn't this supposed to be the last comic with Ben in it?
And as is the tradition, original lines
Meiosis is very well looked after by ComicGenesis who do web hosting and automatic site maintenance, more importantly, it's free!
